Established since 2017, we provides BIM Training, Certification, Consultancy and Outsource services utilizing software Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Infraworks, Navisworks and more. At BIM CONSTRUCT SOLUTION, we provide services and projects using Building Information Modeling – BIM. We develop innovative solutions directed towards the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry. We do not approach BIM simply from the surface, but rather to play an active role in identifying opportunities and developing innovative products and processes based on these technologies. BIM Construct Solution is currently making a significant investment in research and development (R&D) tasks in parallel with production activities, seeking a synthesis between technology and effective response to the challenges of each project.

BIM TECHNOLOGY

The use of Building Information Modeling or  BIM tools in project development is already a requirement in some countries (e.g. UK and Singapore). Hence, it is expected that this requirement will be extended to other countries in the coming years. However, regardless of the legal we believe that the immediate adoption of this technology allows us to achieve significant advantages in the way we develop our projects; efficiency gains, which in turn yield economic benefits that would be impossible to achieve without the use of this way of working. A BIM environment is supported by three dimensional (3D) computer models associated with an enriched database that enables the representation of a model with high degree of accuracy, with virtually all physical and functional characteristics of the construction project. Thus, it is a powerful tool that allows effective control and that supports decision making process throughout the various stages of the project life-cycle. The use of BIM in the design phase supports an intelligent design process, with a direct impact in the reduction of errors while ensuring that the entire construction can be modeled with a degree of high detail. It also allows quicker response to customer demands, faster development of written and drawn elements and improved coordination between design specialties. Upon the completion of the project, the client is provided with a virtual model that is a product of an integrated design process between architecture and engineering thus constituting a valuable tool for the following phases of construction and also facility management (FM).
